How it works
The title order is delivered via integration, then Stewart Accelerate determines whether all data exists for processing. Stewart Accelerate will pull property data, consumer data, and, in some cases, document copies. The platform then instantaneously analyzes all data based on rules set leveraging Stewart’s underwriting guidelines overlay. A results report indicates whether a title search can be bypassed or if limited curative or full search is required. The final Stewart Accelerate decision can be delivered immediately via PDF. Documents can be pulled and delivered in select markets, and commitment can be delivered within a few hours following a decision, where documents are available online.
